The unit had everything we needed for our stay, but we really only used the coffee pot (regular drip and Keurig). We enjoyed the beach front views from the unit and the balcony. The unit had items to use on the beach including a wagon to haul it all to the beach (again we did not use any of them) . There was a nice little arrival gift and a starter package of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and a sponge to use in the kitchen. The host also provided four beach towels for our stay. A short walk on the beach brings you to Coligny Beach Park, where you have access to some shops.
Since the a/c is in the living room, a box fan would be nice to have to move the cool air back to the bedroom. The unit could use a few paint touch ups.
