Unlike most villas at Seaside, you will find this condo offers central air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The living and dining area offers a queen size sofa sleeper with the convenience of complimentary internet access, cable TV, along with VCR and DVD Player. You'll find that the kitchen is fully stocked and functional with a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and complete accommodations for five. You will LOVE the new walk in shower!
The Sea Side Villas is located along South Forest Beach Drive and is short walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has many great shops and restaurants. You can literally park your car and rent bicycles to explore all of the natural beauty that Hilton Head has to offer! We love Seaside Villas. The condo is the first unit back from the front so you have really close access to the beach. The condo was clean and basic supplies were provided. Check in was easy and access codes were provided early. You do face the sun in the morning. I like drinking my coffee on the balcony in the morning, but I got chased in fairly quickly due to the direct sun. We walked to Coligny several times. You can also walk over to the park with the pirate ship. This location is very convenient if you dont want to get into the car and drive anywhere.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 30 years and this place was one of our favorites. We had a great time at this place! The location was so close to the beach and worked great for a family of 4 (3 and 5 year old). We cooked a lot at the place and I felt like the outdated kitchen gadgets (can opener and pizza cutter) could use a bit of an update. For some, not having laundry in a place can be a bit of a turn off but I actually like the laundry down the hall especially when the washer and dryer work really well! We will certainly be back.

The condo was extremely clean and was in a great location! The central AC was also a huge plus because most condos in this complex only have a window unit. I highly recommend this condo!
