Delmare Tower View Suites

Great for a family with 2 children (preschool). We spent a week at Delmare. Grigoris, a laid back owner, was waiting for us. Parking is ample on the street in front. The suite is a penthouse. You go up a couple of staircases and through the courtyard of the apartment below. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a living room with a pullout couch which might not fit two grown adults but easily fits an adult and a child. The shower room is very practical, and although small, it doesn’t feel that way. With a walk in shower the width of the room you really can’t complain. Hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, towels, etc provided. The kitchen, again, small, but has everything you need to prepare breakfast or a salad. You can probably actually cook but we didn’t do that. There’s a fridge, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and even an electrical foamer for your daily cappuccino! Also, there’s a washing machine for your clothes (but not a dishwasher). The terrace is as large as the apartment and it offers an ample sea view! Yes, the tower is also in plain view. There’s two sun beds, a shaded table that sits six and a coffee table with two very comfortable chairs. Everything was clean and in working order. There are mosquito nets on all doors. The supermarket is 400 meters away, around 5 taverns in a 500 m radius, a pizzeria and gelateria around the corner, etc. There’s also a beach literally across the street, although we didn’t go there as it’s besides a small harbor.

I suppose there’s always room for improvement in terms of a bed mattress, but this one was actually decent. Also, possibly the guys and gals below our apartment didn’t particularly like us going through their courtyard but they were very nice people and we tried to bother them as little as possible.

Nice location close to the sea and the main square with restaurants and shops in nea fokea

Cleaning it's not included and except the laundry Machine you don't have Vacuum cleaner, mop with bucket and there is only one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms.
