The property was spacious, had everything we needed and the view was stunning. The nature around was incredible and the beach was the lovely and the pool was very big.

There was nothing about the property but there are quite a few mosquitoes at night, so you must bring plenty of spray.

Location. The whole villa was nice. It was clean with lots of amenities. The hosts were very nice and responsive.

Room temperature especially during winter. It was cold in some of the rooms.

The garden and the view were really nice. It has a barbecue you can use wich is nice if you want to eat in one evening.

It is quite far away from the shops, other villages and the beachs.You have to have a car to go to the beach or to eat to a restaurant , wich is annoying to drive all the time even to go for dinner. Shops and supermarkets are also far away from the villa. Bare in mind you can’t walk to any beach, town or shop , the closest town is Nea Fokea 45 min to 1 hour walk or 20 min drive. Lidl or other Greek shops are at 15-20 min drive . The villa itself is not bad but the bathrooms are very small, you Can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet that is a Rule! The shower at first floor is tiny and always licking and there is always water in that bathroom.it says on their website it has a beach 350 m distance , it is actually at 700 m, a really small, pebbles beach where the Rule says you can use 2 sunbeds for villa even though we were 6 adults and 2 kids. Same rule apply to the pool, which is nice but you need to take your drinks and snacks with you, no bar or anything around to buy from. We didn’t used the beach and we went to the pool only one evening for an hour with the kids. The living room and the garden are the best part of the villa. The kitchen has everything you needs , including a nesspresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.The stairs are quite steep and narrow so bear In Mind if you go with small kids. It is a nice place overall if you want a holiday just to stay around the place and not visiting other beaches or villages which are amazing.The contact person Kostas is very kind and helpful so if you need anything just ask him . We appreciated the box of cakes we had on our arrival.
