Perfect location. Very specious. Convenient will all appliances you need: dishwasher, wash machine, two bathrooms, kitchen appliances etc.

There is definitely potential to become a 5/5 place. But we experienced several things that should be improved: Smell of sewer upon entry, I think cleaning is required in the sewage water seals. Low pressure in the showers, seems to be a piping issue and need to be checked. Poor WiFi connection in the apartment, lost connection several times. Pretty low internet speed also. The apartment seems newly renovated and most of it is nice! but the renovation is not completed. Some debris from removed closets is remaining etc. Some furniture, which aren’t that nice could be replaced to some newer more comfortable also. Add instructions what to do in case of fire alarm.

Nice location, scenic views

Incorrect instructions on how to access the apartment, phone call necessary to enter apartment. Key code given, but there was no keypad! Whole place was decorated on the cheap including badly hand painted bar stools that were dirty. Windows needed cleaning. No kettle provided, just an empty box. When asked the landlord first affected not to know what a kettle was! Then he suggested that it had been stolen and asked what was wrong with boiling a saucepan! One of the bedrooms had a curtain that didn't cover window.
