An external staircase allows you to access the garden directly from one of the balconies, perfect for fully enjoying the beautiful days. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, and when evening comes, you can relax in the living room, comfortably seated facing the sea.The night area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and the third has a bunk bed (90x190 cm). Each of the bedrooms offers direct access to the balcony.The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilets are separate for more comfort.A washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a high chair for the little ones.Several vehicles can be parked in the courtyard.
