The entrance is via the garage in the basement: climb the stairs and discover a warm living space, open to two large separate balconies that go around the house. An external staircase allows you to directly access the garden from one of the balconies, perfect for fully enjoying the beautiful days. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and the third has a bunk bed (90x190 cm). Each of the bedrooms offers direct access to the balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate for greater comfort.
A washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a high chair for the little ones.
Several vehicles can be parked in the courtyard. The garage is accessible and allows you to store bicycles, paddles, kayaks or surfboards safely
