🌊 Family house 200m from the beach of Kervenni and the GR34 coastal path, in the heart of the quiet hamlet of Lilia, on the coast of Abers (Plouguerneau, Finistère).

The house has 3 bedrooms spread over the floor: a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 queen size bed, and a bedroom with 1 double bed equipped with a cot and a high chair — ideal for families with a toddler. The house has 1.5 bathrooms (one bathroom with shower, separate toilet with sink).
Kitchen and living space
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine). Bright living room with comfortable sofa, TV, upstairs a convivial dining area for the whole family.
Exterior
Enclosed garden, facing south, with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue — perfect for outdoor dining in the summer. Closed garage for one car.
Location and surroundings
200m walk: sandy beach of Kervenni and start of the GR34. Restaurants, oyster bar and bakery/bread depot within walking distance. The Abers coast offers hiking, beaches and discovery of the Breton maritime heritage.
Practical equipment
Fiber wifi (teleworking possible), heating in all rooms, autonomous arrival (key box).

A lovely holiday house in a convenient location, close to some beautiful beaches, and in particular the excellent restaurants along the Lilia bay. We enjoyed the peaceful, secluded garden for BBQ's.A couple of things missing though - any form of freezer, even if only within the fridge, an iron and ironing board, given there is a washing machine, and finally; curtains at the bedroom windows. The tracks were still there, so there used to be curtains.....
