The stylish Vacation Apartment 1 in the Panoramablick house is located above Monschau and offers breathtaking views of the picturesque Laufenbach Valley. The famous Eifelsteig trail and Monschau’s historic old town are conveniently within a few minutes’ walk. For cycling enthusiasts, the Vennbahnweg/Ravel is also just a few minutes away by bike.
This charming vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance. An elegant spiral staircase leads you up to all the rooms, which are located in the attic of the house.
With a generous 80 m² of space, the apartment comfortably accommodates two people.
On the first floor, you’ll find a coat closet and a separate guest restroom. All other rooms are located in the attic.
The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the decorative wood-burning stove in the living area creates a cozy atmosphere. From the dining area, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Monschau Valley.
The modern kitchen has everything you could want: it’s equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Senseo Twist coffee maker.
The cozy bedroom under the sloped ceiling features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) with high-quality mattresses.
