Nice apartment right on the edge of beautiful Monschau

The location was excellent, having no parking is a sure negative point but from local tourist information guy helped us on that.

The apartment we got was split into 2 floors... but having no toilet in the toilet on the first floor is an annoying thing. There was no mirror on the first floor, so, again for a 'look', one needs to run up to the second floor! Being a wooden house, the staircase is noisy. So, not the best to run up and down! Having a kitchen and still not having a Backing Oven was something we noticed later and not while booking! Would be great to have, microwave solved the issue but its located in a crazy bottom cabinet!

Price was very affordable and unbeatable at the time of holiday season. The host lady was super helpful. She let us enter into the apartment and welcomed us much earlier than the check in time with a happy face. The apartment comes with all excellent amenities like big room with comfy bed, cupboard, clean fitted kitchen, hall with comfy sofa bed with dining table, clean and big bathroom + toilet. Another big plus is it's location, right opposite the bus terminus stop (Monschau Parkhaus), very near to the car parking space, minutes of walks to several restaurants and beautiful lane with spring of water beside. I would love to go back again to the beautiful town of Monschau and stay at this same apartment again without even looking for other options.

I would not say it is a downside or anything negative, but perhaps a caution for those who has problems with stairs. The bathroom of the ground floor apartment is at underground and one needs to go to bathroom + toilet with the help of a steep staircase.

A lovely stay in Monschau

Fantastic location, the parking is just a few steps away and you are based right in Monschau. The apartment was spacious, warm and spotlessly clean and had everything a family of four could need. I would certainly stay again if we are ever lucky enough to visit beautiful Monschau again.

Prima Ferienwohnung in Monschau

Moderne Ausstattung; sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkhaus in direkter Nähe der Unterkunft; sehr gut erreichbar mit dem Pkw.

Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer OG wurde nur halb warm (vermutlich ein Entlüftungsproblem). TV hat keinen Internetzugang.

Wij zaten in het appartement op de begane grond. Het was wel erg gehorig waardoor je snel veel geluid van eventuele bovenhuurders ervaart.

Sehenswert und gute Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Vermieterin ist sehr nett, auch wenn wir nur online Kotakt hatten. Wird beim nächsten Mal bestimmt anders.🫠Die Lage ist sehr gut. Monschau ist ein beschauliches Städtchen. Die Altstadt lädt zum Entspannen und bummeln ein.Mit den kleinen Gassen und der tollen Aussicht von oben ist sie sehr sehenswert. Es ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert.

Kurztrip oder Urlaub, hier geht beides super

Diese Wohnung war auf jeden Fall die schönste Ferienwohnung die wir bis jetzt hatten 😍 Und der Einrichtung ( kleine Stühle plus Tisch und Hochstuhl, Reisebett) nach zu urteilen sind auch kleine Gäste herzlich willkommen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Das Parkhaus und auch eine Bushaltestelle sind schräg gegenüber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Das ist nicht wirklich ein gefällt mir nicht sonder nur ein kleiner Tipp für Gäste die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Die Treppe ist etwas steil und deshalb etwas aufpassen. Aber im allgemeinen kein Problem ,da kommt man locker hoch.

Super zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. In der Wohnung war alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Das Badezimmer im Keller mit Höhe 1, 86 m war auch kein Problem. Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Prima app. Zeer dichtbij het centrum. Prima bed. Slaapbank was niet heel comfortabel. Keuken Prima. Prima voor 2 nachten

In de kelder wc en badkamer wel ruim maar erg laag . Plafond is 1.80 S morgens veel geluid van buslijn/bushalte. Foto is vanaf de voordeur Kijkt zo centrum in.

Heerlijke comfortabele en sfeervolle accomodatie

Zeer comfortabel en perfect gelegen accomodatie waarvan je direct het oude dorp van Monschau inloopt. Het appartement is heel leuk ingericht en heeft genoeg ruimte voor mij en mijn 3 kids van 8, 14 en 17. De inrichting is van alle gemakken voorzien, volledig keuken met kookplaat, magnetron en koelkast. De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en communiceert zeer snel en goed.

Prima appartement waar we graag nog eens terugkomen

Prima accommodatie in de echte Monschau style net aan de rand van centrum. Wij logeerden in het appartement op de begane grond. Een ruime slaapkamer met zeer breed 2 persoonsbed, type boxspring met topper. 2e bed is een slaapbank, maar deze voldeed prima. Schoon en net appartement was het eerste wat opvalt bij binnenkomst. Toilet en badkamer zijn erg netjes maar beneden in de kelder, ruim qua vierkante meters maar qua plafondhoogte is met 1,85 meter passend bij leeftijd van het huis. Trap went snel. Prima prijs kwaliteit voor appartement. Houd wel rekening met betaald parkeren (7 euro per dag). Parkeren kan niet bij woning, maar op 50 meter is er een parkeergarage en een ruime parkeerplaats. Monschau zelf is een erg leuk plaatsje om enkele dagen te verblijven.

Sanitair is in de kelder en dat is even wennen, maar prima te doen. Wel goed ventileren, want riviertje loopt ongeveer langs de kelder en is anders wat vochtig

Prima verblijf in lieflijk stadje

Ruime leef ruimte en slaapkamer. Parkeren in de straat voor max 7 euro per dag. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wij hadden woning 1 begane grond waarbij toilet en douche in de kelder zat. Grote treden naar beneden en laag plafond. Mijn man kon er net staan met zijn 1.80m. Wel schoon en ruim opgezet. Drukke weg voor de deur. Bij raam een stukje open hoor je deze duidelijk.

Uns hat alles gefallen, die Wohnung war wirklich top alles was man braucht war anwesend. Die Lage Top. Super Nette Vermieterin.

Mooi rustig en gezellig stadje,met prachtige wandelpistes met de rur als rode draad.

De locatie was zoals beschreven. We hebben allen genoten van de stilte en de bedden waren super. Handdoeken waren goed voorzien en douche was ruim maar de plafondhoogte was aan de lage kant. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep prima en sleutel lag op de juiste plaats. We werden verwelkomt met een fles lekkere wijn. Bedankt voor alles en hopelijk tot gauw.

De hoogte van het bad en wc ruimte.Was vroeger een kelder denk ik en is dus normaal dat die hoogte standaard is.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und überhaupt Monschau hat uns super gefallen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war einfach genial. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet; in der Küche fand sich alles, was man brauchte. Das Badezimmer liegt im Keller und ist super geräumig. Toilette war getrennt. Super!! Die historische Altstadt ist ein Traum.

Das einzige, was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, war, dass die Handtücher nicht trocknen wollten, was vielleicht auch an der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit lag. Aber wir hatten Glück. Es war schön warm und wir konnten die Handtücher draußen trocknen.
