Perfect for one traveler or a couple. No renting unneeded space.. very clean, newly renovated, perfect location. You can see the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. The river is across the street from the front of the building. This is a top floor corner unit so you can peek over the side rail and see the sunset.

This unit is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. That balcony and view are everything! In a very old building that is determined to keep updated because of it's gorgeous location, this unit has been redone completely with no expense spared - everything has quality and taste. Direct access to the beach which is endless uncrowded perfection. (There is no pool because it is being completely rebuilt) It was a wonderful stay in every way! I was not there for a launch but I enjoyed seeing the cruise ships heading out of Port Canaveral! This trip is an excellent choice for a single female traveler because the area, building and beach all feel very safe, and there is a nice Publix nearby. Ignore the confusing check in info - you'll get 2 codes with obvious uses and that's all you need.

This is a beautiful property. Sixth floor, overlooking the beach, completely updated - this is exactly what we were looking for to escape Michigan's winter. We also appreciated that this condo was a corner unit, so there are windows on two sides allowing plenty of sunlight and a cross breeze. And, yes, you can see rocket launches right from the balcony! It's just a hour from Orlando airports and 10 minutes from I-95, so it's also easy to navigate. One downside is instructions for check in; we were confused. Unless you have to have a key, just ignore the lockbox instructions. Use the two separate codes to unlock the lobby door and the door to the unit and you're in.
