Welcome to our lovely and tidy 2-bedroom apartment—complete with free covered parking! Located just 6.4 miles from Wrigley Field and 8.2 miles from Lincoln Park Zoo. You’ll also be near Loyola University Chicago and the United Center.
The Space:
The space offers two comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and microwave, and a washing machine is available for added convenience. Towels and bed linens are provided. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking for one car. This is a non-smoking accommodation.
Please note: With its location near a main road, the apartment offers easy access to transportation and getting around the city. That said, light sleepers might prefer to bring earplugs, as some traffic noise can be heard from time to time.
Guest Access:
You'll have the apartment to yourself but no unauthorized guests please.
The Neighborhood:
The area is a quiet, convenient neighborhood with plenty to offer. You’ll find great local eats like El Asadero Colombiano and Smakosz, plus everyday essentials at nearby Mariano’s. Parks like Forest Glen Woods and Jefferson Memorial Park are perfect for relaxing or getting outdoors. Everything you need is just a short walk or drive away.

Central & Leland bus stop — about a 1-minute walk
Jefferson Park Transit Center — approximately a 12-minute walk

Cleanliness. Roomy. Comfortable mattresses. Fluffy, white bath towels. Ample towel racks in bathrooms. Attentive hostess. Off street parking greatly appreciated but garage door opener should be operative.

It was a beautiful place. Lots of shared space for our two couples. Two full bedroom suites with separate bathrooms. There was garbage by the inside door when we arrived, but all else was clean and comfortable. It was a VERY humid & hot weekend, and the window a/cs just couldn't keep up, but nighttime was mostly pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and very fast to respond.

This place was very nice. However, no central ACThe portable unit did not cool. It was very hot in the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms had a window AC which cooled the bedrooms pretty good. They were not very accommodating and they had no idea what kind of unit they had in this place. They were not willing to give us our money back knowing that we were leaving because it was so hot. We were only going to be there one night and knew there was nothing a repair man could do to the unit. So we left and went to a hotel where it was cool. We just didn’t want to be confined to the bedrooms with no TV to watch when we paid for the whole unit which was very nice!This is why I only gave it 3 stars
