About this house rental

Enjoy a quiet friendly neighborhood. Stay in a nice townhome with three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. The main floor has a living room, dining area, a kitchen and half bathroom. The basement has an area with a futon where you can watch tv or use as working space. It also has the laundry area next room. There’s a patio area in the back of the house.

Fabio was very responsive to our inquiries and phone call, especially in figuring out where to park when we first arrived. The house was clean and had all the main amenities. A minor issue: The host should consider providing kleenex and hand lotion. We came to visit our daughter and family who live nearby. We would be happy to rent the place again.

Five stars is not enough for this place. First and centrally located just in the city, but close enough to the suburbs to make travel easy. Everything was extraordinary, clean and well-maintained.They took the extra effort to set up a Christmas tree because we were staying over Christmas and it meant a lot. I would recommend these hosts in this place any day of the week. Stay here highly recommend it.

The place was was very nice and roomy and just as described. The host Fabio was immediately available and helpful in every way. The garage was a nice addition Great place!!!!
