Nestled on North Lake Leelanau, the Neeb cottage is a fantastic retreat for those who appreciate Northern Michigan. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with one and an half baths plus an outdoor shower, this welcoming property offers a cozy living room with an additional sofa bed. Set on 175 feet of lake frontage the the lot offers great privacy. The property has a 30 foot dock for easy boat parking and the views up the lake are breathtaking. The sandy bottomed shore makes for a welcoming dip. Centrally located in Leelanau county the address is a five minute drive to Leland or a 15 minute boat ride there and a half hour to the Sleeping Bear Dunes. The property and cottage were just as represented in the listing. House was immaculate and outdoor area was lovely. Beautiful spot on the lake. We ended up not being able to stay due to a medical condition of mine. The hosts were very responsive and kind. They were more than fair agreeing to our requested refund when I couldn't stay. They were in no way obligated to do so. The hosts are responsive and the property lovely. Don't hesitate to book this home.

This is our second stay this summer! Everything clean, beds are comfortable and the lake view and dock can't be beat. Centrally located near the Narrows makes getting everywhere easy. Comforts of AC, dishwasher, outdoor shower, filtered drinking water tap much appreciated. Last s'mores of the summer around the campfire will be happy memories!
