Our stay at this beautiful home right in walking distance to everything was absolutely amazing. . We had a wedding at The Old Art building, we could walk there in our heels (we are in our 50s) and it was absolutely no problem.Beds were great slept wonderfully.Vans beach is lovely, just beautiful. Thank you again for such a wonderful time.

Great house in a fantastic location. However, one significant problem that is easy to fix and will hopefully be done by the owners. The house has no air conditioning which is not normally an issue in northern Michigan since the nights get cool. However, most of the windows in this house have no screens and of the windows that have screens - most are damaged. When we checked into the house, the interior temp was 79 degrees and it never got much cooler than that (because we couldn't open most windows without letting the bugs in). This made it very difficult to sleep. With this one easy fix, we would stay there again. Without it, I would find another place to rent.
