EVERTHING about the house, including the location, was perfect for our group of eight older adults reuniting after several years. I would have given this property an overall rating of five stars but for the fact that the listing was misleading. I searched for five bedroom houses and thought that is what we were getting. Apparently the fifth bedroom (above the coach house) is only available to groups over ten with an additional 75 cleaning fee. Two of our guests were single and would have preferred their own rooms. Luckily these ladies didn’t mind having a roommate. This should be better clarified in the listing.
