About this house rental
The house has been a part of Unterammergau’s townscape for centuries. Following remodeling and renovation work, the vacation rental was completely refurbished in 2021 with a great deal of personal effort and has been ready for occupancy since the summer of 2023.
The vacation rental is located right next to St. Nicholas Church, with a view of the Hörnle. Unterammergau is known as an authentic, historic farming village.

A staircase leads up to the approximately 60 m² vacation apartment in the attic. It accommodates 2–4 people.

The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and appliances (refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove with oven, exhaust hood, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, and microwave).
In the living area of the kitchen, you’ll find a cozy couch. There’s also a flat-screen TV with a Magenta TV connection available for you. The cozy couch is perfect for reading, relaxing, surfing the web, watching TV, and simply feeling at home.
The bedroom features a cozy double bed measuring 1.80 meters by 2.00 meters. The closet has enough space to store clothes for several weeks.
The second bedroom features a spacious bed measuring 1.40 meters by 2.00 meters, as well as a children’s loft bed with a built-in staircase.
The bathroom features a glass shower, a sink, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.

From the kitchen-living room, you can access the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Initial supplies such as bed linens, towels, etc., are of course provided.

Upon request, we’re happy to provide a rollaway bed and a high chair.
We also offer free Wi-Fi access so you can stay connected even while on vacation.
A private parking space is available right outside the front door.
