Es war sehr gemütlich und heimelig. Knarzende Dielen, Wärme und eine wohnliche Gemeinschaftsküche mit allen Möglichkeiten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mir hat es trotzdem gefallen. Passt zu meinen anderen Reiseabenteuern 🫶

Das ist alles andere als eine Übernachtung in einem Hotel oder Gasthof. Man fühlt sich schon ein paar Jahre zurückversetzt. Die Beschreibung eines besonderen Charms trifft es auf jeden Fall. Man möchte gern die Menschen kennenlernen die einmal in dem Haus gelebt haben. Fussläufig kann gut die Restaurants in Murnau erreichen.

Ich bin mir ein bisschen wie ein Eindringling in die Privatsphäre von fremden Menschen vorgekommen. Die Kaffeezubereitung habe ich auch abgebrochen, weil ich mir nicht sicher war was für Gäste bestimmt ist und was den anderen BewohnerInnen im Haus gehört.

Dielung knarrt immer

Tolle Aussicht, Lage am Berg, WLAN war ok. historisches Ambiente, mit Einrichtungsgegenständen ab 1910.

Gemeinschaftsbad, kein Frühstück, sehr teuer, sehr hellhörig, Dielung knarrt massiv, vor allem wenn die 3 Parteien nachts auf das Gemeinschaft- WC /Bad gehen.

Das Haus har viel Charme und war genau das richtige für mich . Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schön sind auch die Bilder vom Dauermieter, im Stile der Murnauer Künstler. Martin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich sehr um seine Gäste. Bin schon 3 mal hier abgestiegen

Zur Erholung ist das Haupthaus nicht geeignet

Man hörte jeden Schritt vom Nachbarn.(Alter Holzboden).Zur Erholung nicht geeignet. Ein Badezimmer für 3 Parteien. Im Erdgeschoss gab es eine Toilette. Als ich diese benutzte, wurden wir von einem jungen Mann hingewiesen dass wir diese nicht benutzen dürfen, obwohl auf dieser die Aufschrift ,, Gäste " stand. Wir wiesen darauf hin dass ich schwer Gehbehindert bin, was auch nicht zu übersehen war. Es gibt kein Internet und kein Fernseher (ist aber reine Nebensache).Ich bin sehr frustriert, da ich mich gerade für den gleichen Preis in einer Unterkunft in Garmisch mit einer erheblich gehobener Ausstattung befinde. Ist das Alpenchalet reine Abzocke?
