• No smoking inside the house
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• No unregistered guests allowed
• NO PETS allowed!

GUESTS USING KAYAKS AND ANY OTHER WATER ACTIVITIES ARE AT THEIR OWN RISK. GUEST SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK. LIFE JACKETS MUST BE WORN WHEN ON A FLOATING VESSEL.
• Swim at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty
• No diving off docks
• Supervise children at all times near water
• Return all outdoor gear (kayaks, life jackets, etc.) after use
• No glass near water or fire pits
• Clean up after yourself/pets (if allowed)

• No open flames indoors
• Use designated fire pit only
• Never leave grill or fire unattended. Turn gas shutoff to grill off after each use.
• Put fire out completely before going inside

Check-Out Rules
• Remove trash and place in designated bins out front. Trash comes every Thursday morning. Please make sure all trash is in bins Wednesday night.
• Load/run dishwasher or hand-wash dishes prior to check out.
• Strip beds and place used sheets on floor in downstairs bathroom.
• Start a wash of all used towels prior to check out.
• Close and lock windows/slider door.

• Nothing put down the sinks. Discard oils/grease etc. in trash.
• Use septic system properly (no flushing anything but toilet paper). If septic system is clogged, you will be charged a fee. Use water sparingly.
• Respect neighbors — sound carries over water

The property was newly renovated and spotless. Kitchen was well equipped and check in could not have been easier. Spencer, the host, was very accommodating as well.

Excellent house, clean, new everything, awesome lake, kayaks. My only negative remark is not about the property or the owner, who was in touch with me asking if i needed anything, the neighboring property had 10 children playing and screaming all day, but what can you do, they're children lol
