On the first floor of Villa Beatrice—easily accessible by elevator—Apartment 10, “Strandblick,” welcomes you with an utterly charming 3-room apartment that has rightly been awarded 5 stars by the DTV.
Your temporary home offers the very best in vacation comfort for up to 4 people across a total living area of approximately 100 square meters, ranging from the apartment’s own bio-sauna to the modern electric fireplace, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and LAN (up to 100 Mbit/s), to many other amenities that show just how much the owners care about their guests’ well-being.
Located just about 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach in Binz, the approximately 11-square-meter loggia—sheltered from wind and weather and offering a view of the sea—is another highlight of the apartment. Here, you can dine with the whole family in the fresh Baltic Sea air, catch up on a good book, or simply relax on the comfortable lounge furniture.
The approximately 34-square-meter living room with an integrated kitchen, comfortable upholstered furniture, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV is the heart of your vacation home. The high-quality kitchen appliances and elegant design—featuring a granite countertop and induction cooktop—will inspire you to let your culinary creativity run wild. And if you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll find a wide variety of inviting restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds from Schlaraffia and additional TVs. The windows can, of course, be blacked out so that even late sleepers can get a good night’s rest. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a toilet, a sink, a towel warmer, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.
A special highlight of the apartment is the spacious bio-sauna with four different bathing options, where you can relax wonderfully after a long walk on the beach. Use of the sauna is included in the room rate.
A parking space for your car is reserved free of charge in the building’s underground garage (max. clearance height 2.00 m). There is also a lockable bicycle storage room there.
