Located in a renovated former farmhouse, this cottage “L’Atelier”, at LES PATICHÈRES estate, is ideal for a holiday rental in Normandy for 6 people, perfect for stays with family or friends. This property combines comfort, and authentic charm.

1 comfortable bedroom with a large triangular floor-to-ceiling window
1 flexible bedroom with two single beds
1 bathroom with shower and toilet
Ground floor:
Fully equipped open kitchen
Living / dining area
Separate toilet
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
Amenities and benefits:
Private outdoor area with barbecue, garden furniture, and parasol
Shared access to the heated indoor pool (27–28°C). Not suitable for baby swimmers. All tenants on the estate have free access, with possible time slot reservations.
All household linen provided: sheets, bath and pool towels, kitchen cloths
Children’s equipment available on request: travel cot, high chair, bed safety rails
