Located halfway between Rouen and Dieppe, 30 minutes from the sea,
Beautiful walk in perspective for nature lovers or 5, 7 or 10km running circuit or trail for forest and trail lovers.
but also to stay at rest in this beautiful house!
In addition, possibility of arrival in flight and yes a private microlight runway of 350m (see the VAC LF7653 maps) nearby.
In this superb house redone from floor to ceiling you will find inside on the first floor:
Brand new living room and veranda, TV and 4G box, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher included and a bathroom with shower.
1st floor 2 superb double bedrooms of 25m2 with bathroom and separate toilet and TV each.
On the 2nd floor 2 beautiful attic bedrooms with 1 double bed in each.
Suffice to say that there is everything you need to have a good holiday or stay in Normandy. We remind you that parties with Music Rêve Party and other events are totally prohibited.

The stay was nice, view from the property is wonderful and it's very quiet and relaxing.
The interior is very outdated and the minimum necessities in the house are provided.
If the weather is bad and you're there with 10 people, there is not enough room in the living room to have dinner or to just relax and hang out. On the positive side, there are plenty of beds and there's plenty of room to sleep for 10 people.

The house is a large, beautiful gite with everything we required for our stay; good facilities, clean and a well maintained pool on a daily basis. The property is situated on a hill side allowing for unspoilt scenery in the sunshine.
The owners were incredibly helpful, had very speedy responses and allowed us to book on the day! Keen to meet our needs on arrival and could be contacted throughout the stay.
Pavilly, a small town is 4km in distance with a supermarket, garage, pharmacy etc. Dieppe was a 45 min car ride with lots of restaurants and a pebble beach which offers a gorgeous sunset.
We would definitely return to the property.
