Wake up to paddy fields and slow mornings at Nellu Tranquil, an independent two-bedroom villa on a three-acre organic farm near Varkala. A peaceful base for families, friends and nature lovers, the villa combines Kerala-style wood-and-glass architecture, high ceilings and green surroundings.
YOUR VILLA
The entire 2BHK villa is yours during your stay. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king bed and attached bathroom, a living room, equipped kitchen and verandah. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi and parking are included.
POOL AND FARM
Unwind in Nellu's large 14 m x 8 m swimming pool, shared with other guests on the property. The garden and farm areas are also shared. Proper swimwear is required. Explore the paddy fields and fruit trees, and ask our team about farm walks, pond fishing and seasonal activities. As a working organic farm, Nellu has birdsong, farm animals and occasional farming activity as part of everyday life. Fruit availability depends on the season and harvest.
MEALS AND LOCAL EXPERIENCES
Homely Kerala meals can be requested in advance. Please coordinate meal orders with our team at least four hours ahead. BBQ, bonfire and transfers may also be requested; availability and current charges are confirmed before arrangement. Varkala's beaches and cliff make an enjoyable outing, with the quieter farm to return to.
GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in is from 1 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Please keep noise low, with no loud music inside the villa. Smoking and alcohol are permitted outdoors only. Our caretaking team is available on-site during the day, and the owner-manager is reachable for specific concerns. Please coordinate meals and farm activities with the team before your visit.
