Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the hospitality was excellent. The place is well-maintained and ideal for families. We had a pleasant and hassle-free experience throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kovalam. Would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay memorable!”
Breakfast was not enough for 7 people

The location was nice, considering it is a private villa. The road leading up to the villa is quite narrow and larger vehicles (we had Tata Winger,9-seater) cannot negotiate. The villa itself is very nice, old-style with independent bedrooms, kitchen and terrace. The host, Annie, is very cooperative and always smiling. She even helped us get the luggage to our vehicle in her own car at 5:30 in the morning!
Installing a water filter in the kitchen would reduce the guests' use of disposable plastic bottles. It will also reduce the waste generated. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms (that is design flaw)

Location of property suburb allowing for an easy beautiful walk down to the beach in the morning. Very clean had everything we wanted for a perfect stay. The host and family all super stars and could not help enough for anything we needed. Annie went above and beyond expectations in hosting her property, we now feel like family.
