Location of property suburb allowing for an easy beautiful walk down to the beach in the morning. Very clean had everything we wanted for a perfect stay. The host and family all super stars and could not help enough for anything we needed. Annie went above and beyond expectations in hosting her property, we now feel like family.

We loved our stay at Annie's villa. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The property is very spacious and has ample parking space too. Location is close to kovalam beach. There is a kitchen too and the main hall has 2 dining tables and plenty of chairs. The wifi was stable too. Overall very happy with our stay. Will visit again
