About this villa rental
I rent my main house of 85 m2 in the village.
The village of Eguilles, typically Provençal, has one of the most beautiful panoramas of the Aix region.
The house is located 1 km from the center with all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, butcher, cheese shop, wine cellar, tobacconist, greengrocer, restaurants and market on Tuesday mornings.
10 15 min from the center of Aix en Provence
20min from the TGV station
30min from Marseille/Marignane airport.
40 min from the beaches of the blue coast and Cassis, the Luberon and the Baux de Provence.

And 1 bathroom (bath and toilet)
On the first floor 1 separate toilet.
1 open fitted kitchen (LV, oven, induction hob, espresso machine, all small appliances, microwave)
1 garden of 350m2 including an above ground swimming pool (from May to September) and 2 parking spaces.
We do not accept pets.
The neighborhood and the setting are very nice, please do not have parties or parties.
Cleaning will be charged 60€.
