The little house was very nice. Situated right outside of a suburb village of Aix-en-Provence, with just the right amount of privacy, calmness and proximity to the city itself. A little supermarket (U Utille) is located right across the street of the entrance to the enclosure in which the house is located. Very convenient. Also, the bus direction city center (about 20 minutes trip) is leaving right in front of the little supermarket. All other neccessary shops are in approx. 10 minutes walking distance.The little villa itself is as mentioned before very nice. All neccessary equipment is available and functional. The house was in an "okay" clean state but the facilities needed some extra cleaning by ourselves.Pool was excelent but only available to use for us between 10:00am and 5:00pm. The communication with the owner was always very quick, friendly and easy.Stayed for one week, single couple, no pets.

A wonderful apartment with a beautiful garden and pool just outside Aix en Provence. The property easily accommodated four people comfortably and is well equipped. It’s very quiet and private but easily accessible for local amenities. The check in process and instructions were seamless and the owner was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely book this again in the future.

Personally, we were no so happy with the stay itself. To hot in the summer without airco and very small toilet. A little bit of humidity in the cave chamber. Nice terrace and te swimming pool was great and nice with a lot of space and privacy. But the owner was very correct and commercial, helping us to enter a night before. Also, we got our refund for the other days

Loved every minute. A gorgeous home for 2 weeks in a peaceful setting, we had everything we needed. Dealt with 2 lovely ladies and when I wasn't able to do a simple task, Mme Piol dropped everything she was doing and came to my rescue. The bonus was having the cats come say hello. I would definitely stay again. Un grand merci a vous pour un sejour formidable. Je reviendrais volountier.

This charming little cottage was exactly what we had been looking for. The cottage is quite small but fully sufficient for the two of us and our little doggie. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, everything was prepared excellently. There was even a 'Welcome Bottle' of wine for us in the fridge. A major asset of the cottage is its little terrace / yard, which has a wooden floor and a lovely olive tree in its center. The TV has only French programmes but, after all, we came to Aix especially to improve our French and with free WLAN one can also watch the respective home programmes or Netflix. There is a bus stop (line 13) about 600 m from the house. The bus goes right into the centre of Aix every half hour. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes and costs just € 1,20. A small supermarket is just across the street, about 200 m from the cottage. The cottage is really charming and romantic. We very much enjoyed our stay and if and when we come back to Aix, we'll definitely try to rent it again. Just one remark: The bathroom is very small and narrow. Really big, heavy-weight people might have a bit of a problem using it.

this property was so beautiful and so lovely. the owner and the managers were kind and caring as well. and the description of the home/property/pool was totally accurate. i very much enjoyed my stay. a couple of things i would do differently - i would have rented a car bc taxis/ubers were not always accessible and you are in an area with ONLY a grocery store nearby. there is a bus that was very simple to access but it wasn't available late. there were a lot of mosquitos and spiders - which comes with the territory because you are in the middle of the coutry and it is so beautiful - but there are no screens on anything so it was a little tricky with letting air in - i would recommend getting a fan and mosquito incense before arrival. thank you so much, i really enjoyed my stay!

We had a lovely time here. The villa was small, but charming and we loved the pool. It's in a quiet residential area, so there is not much to do locally, but Aix is not far away and is a delight. Mme Senegas' knowledge of foodie and arty Aix is encyclopaedic, so her recommendations were spot on. Warmly recommended!

We arrived in Aix after a very long drive, and were greeted warmly by Madame Sénégas and shown the cottage, which has been thoughtfully designed and comfortably outfitted. We loved the private patio with olive tree for sitting in the afternoons, and found the kitchen to be very functional and the beds to be comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Aix en Provence.

Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit zwei Kinder vier und sechs und das Haus erfüllt alle unsere Erwartungen. Swimmingpool ist nicht so tief (ungefähr 1.50 m) und Kinder lernt schwimmen dort. Alles was perfect für eine Woche Ferien. Sauber, modern und sehr schön.

Sehr gute Lage etwas außerhalb von Aix, kleiner Supermarkt auf der anderen Seite. Kleines Haus mit guter Ausstattung auch in der Küche (und Waschmaschine). Schöne Terrasse! Eingezäunt, was den Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr angenehm macht. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin, die sehr hilfsbereit und tolerant ist!

Hôte très agréable et disponible. Le logement est agréable et fonctionnel, la mezzanine ravira les enfants. Outre le petit jardin attenant au gîte avec sa terrasse, on peut profiter d'un jardin plus grand où se trouve également une piscine en été. Petite supérette pratique à 50m, nous étions vraiment très proche d'Aix, axe très fluide, Cassis à 30mn... Le tout au calme et entouré d'autres belles propriétés.

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, la petite maison est jolie et bien agencée. Coin très calme, sans vis-à-vis, le seul bruit qu'on entend est celui du chant des cigales. La terrasse privée est vraiment très agréable, du matin au soir. La grande piscine est parfaite pour les chaudes journées d'été. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de frelons, et la propriétaire a tout de suite trouvé une solution, elle est très sympathique et très disponible. Je recommande

Madame Senegas is such a lovely person she had picked flowers to us when We arrived and the house which was really Nice and tidy. We enjoyed the pool and the little patio alot. Het huisje en het terras zijn nog smaakvoller en aangenamer dan lijkt op de foto’s! Wat een fantastische plek met een lieve eigenaresse. Madame Senegas was enorm behulpzaam en aardig. We zaten hier met twee kinderen en je zou denken dat het binnen dan ‘krap’ voelt maar dat was niet het geval. Er was optimaal gebruik gemaakt van de ruimte. En het was prachtig ingericht, binnen én buiten. Groot zwembad en tuin er nog bij. Ondanks enorme hitte buiten, binnen nog relatief koel. Vooral de slaapkamer in het souterrain! Binnen een kwartier stond je geparkeerd en al in het prachtige, gezellige Aix-en-Provence. Wat een fijne stad!! Centraal gelegen voor alles, het strand, Aix, Cassis, mooie routes door de Provence. Zeer aan te raden voor toekomstige huurders...

Gabrielle est vraiment adorable, attentionnée, bienveillante et discrète. La maison est très jolie, très calme et fraîche et parfaitement aménagée. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. Un très grand merci aussi de nous avoir accueillies sans réserve avec nos 3 chats dont nous sommes inséparables.

Une petite maison provençale aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, une propriétaire emplie de délicatesse et un joli jardin (petit clin d'oeil à Hervé !) agrémenté d'une magnifique et spacieuse piscine. Toutes les composantes étaient réunies pour un séjour des plus agréables dans cette belle région que nous ne connaissions pas. Une petite épicerie à deux pas de la maison, certaines visites aixoises incontournables (le camp des Milles, l'atelier de Paul Cézanne, le musée Granet, la cathédrale Saint-Sauveur, le cours Mirabeau et ses marchés..). Un immense merci à Gabrielle Senegas, la propriétaire des lieux, pour son extrême gentillesse, sa discrétion, sa disponibilité...mais aussi pour tous ces petits moments de partage en sa compagnie. Nous recommandons vivement ce paisible endroit. Le chant des cigales résonne encore dans nos oreilles ! ++++++++++ Muriel, Olivier, Mia et...Jack. A bientôt.

Petite maison individuelle et indépendante très fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Malgré la surface annoncée de 35 m2, nous avons pu passé à quatre des vacances sans être à l’étroit (2 enfants de 17 et 20 ans plus un gros chien). De plus la proximité d’Aix centre en moins de 10 minutes en voiture est un vrai atout pour les sorties et visites de ville magnifique. L’acces à la piscine est privatif, sur un terrain de 1200 m2 avec de bons points d’ombre bien agréable par ces chaleur.. Elle est superbe et de très bonne superficie ! Mme Senegas est une propriétaire vraiment à l’ecoute de ses hôtes et à la fois très discrète. Merci encore Madame Senegas pour les vacances que nous avons passé ces quinze derniers jours. À bientôt. Après un accueil chaleureux de Madame SENEGAS (la propriétaire) ,nous avons découvert notre jolie maison pleine de charme où s'épanouit un magnifique olivier à proximité. Un bouquet de roses blanches , des prospectus sur la région, une carafe d'eau fraîche et de douces serviettes nous attendaient ainsi qu'une gamelle pour nos chiens... Magnifique jardin avec sa piscine de caractère, reposant et tranquille. Madame SENEGAS est disponible, d'une extrême gentillesse et très discrète.
