Our family has rented this home three times over the last year thanks to its wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and comfortable amenities. This particular trip found us in the middle of a winter storm. The maintenance crew was prompt in coming to snow blow the driveway and all walkways, making sure everyone in the party stayed safe. Thank you again, Chestnut Hill! We will be back!

A wonderful home. Everything was clean and the home was so welcoming. There was plenty of space to accomodate 7 people and the home was well stocked. We had a wonderful visit!

What a perfect home for our stay! We spent alot of time on the beautiful porch. This was the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen, and loved the generous Welcome basket with treats and even a bottle of wine! We felt spoiled! The home is older and charming, I just love all that woodwork. Bedrooms were cozy, beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. I was happy about the size of the driveway and off street parking. There was even baskets of children's books and stuffed bears for children to choose one and take home for the ride, how thoughtful. We enjoyed the splash pad nearby, had a meal at Touchdown Bar and Grill and also went for a nice walk around the quarry while staying. Atlantic is such a nice town. We plan on returning to this home. Everything about our stay was great!

This charming vacation rental in Atlantic, Iowa, was an absolute delight for our group getaway! The gourmet kitchen was a standout, fully stocked with everything we needed—from a drip coffee maker to a Crockpot—for preparing meals together. The spacious backyard and front porch were ideal for relaxing, and the gas grill was a hit for our group barbecues.We loved the thoughtful touches, like the smart TV, board games, and dedicated workspace, which kept everyone entertained and productive. The house was spotless, with comfy queen beds, blackout shades, and USB-equipped bedside lamps that made our stay extra convenient. The free WiFi was reliable, and the washer/dryer came in clutch for our longer trip.The location is unbeatable—close to local parks and wedding venues, yet peaceful for unwinding. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating our needs with ease and making check-in a breeze with keyless entry. This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning our next stay! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable group retreat in southwest Iowa.
