We had a great stay, the house was clean and check in was so easy. The AC kept the house cool during the day, the beds were so comfortable, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy beach access right up the road. The only complaints I have is there was no toilet paper in the house when we checked in, no wash rags, the Tv in the back was broken and there was a rotten board by the front door my son stepped through, luckily he wasn’t hurt, just had a few bruises and a splinter. And the owners communication is lacking, I let them know the day we got to the house about the TV and the day my son stepped through the rotten board, we’ve been home a week and still have not received any messages or emails back. I know it sounds like a lot but we truly had fun and would honestly rent this house again.

The rooms and bathrooms were large. Very good location near the beach. Good games for the kids. There were more utensils than I expected for cooking and brewing the food.The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. good movies for the family.
