The apartment is very spacious and exceptionally clean. The location is also very good, just a short drive from the city center (no more than 15 minutes), with free parking available right in front of the apartment building. We never once struggled to find a parking spot. Directly across the street from the apartment there’s a grocery store, making any kind of shopping run effortless. The apartment also has a lovely terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinner outdoors. The kitchen covers all the basics you’d need. Bathroom was clean and we were provided with a full set of towels/ per person.

The apartment is furnished with pieces that are long overdue for an update (the scratched chairs, the fridge with yellowed aging plastic), which strip away the charm of the apartment. The kitchen had no salt or pepper, and some items in the kitchen need replacing as they’re showing signs of wear (e.g. the grater). The same goes for the closet situation: in a 2-rack closet designed primarily for hanging clothes, there were only 2 hangers, which made no sense.

Supermarkt gleich gegenüber, ruhige Nachbarschaft, großes Apartment, Bushaltestelle circa 10min entfernt.

30min Fußweg in die Innenstadt, manche Oberflächen war leicht staubig

Location, poco fuori dal centro, tranquillo e vicino a museo scienze e museo guerra, ippodromo e supermercati, casa super accogliente, molto calda e di recente ristrutturazione. Con piccoli accorgimenti sarebbe un vero gioiello. La consiglio a tutti sicuramente.

Da aggiungere tassativamente in un appartamento moderno: un microonde, mollette, un kit pastiglie per lavastoviglie (lasciarne 2 3 di base) idem per lavatrice. Dotare camera di Smart tv, cambiare tv soggiorno con Smart tv. Un paio di prese in più in soggiorno non guasterebbero

L’appartamento è ristrutturato e in buone condizioni, esteticamente piacevole e curato. All’arrivo la casa non era riscaldata, ma dopo aver aperto le valvole manuali dei termosifoni la temperatura è salita e l’ambiente è diventato confortevole.

Soggiorno nel complesso sufficiente, ma con alcune criticità importanti. In pieno inverno era presente solo una trapuntina leggera sui letti e non sono state fornite coperte extra nonostante la richiesta. Questo ha reso il soggiorno poco confortevole dal punto di vista del riposo. I materassi, sia del letto matrimoniale che del divano letto, sono risultati piuttosto scomodi. Comprensibile la richiesta di lasciare la camera in ordine, ma ho trovato eccessiva l’indicazione di non lasciare nemmeno i sacchetti della spazzatura, con eventuale addebito di costi aggiuntivi. Un po’ troppo rigido come approccio verso gli ospiti.
