    Hotel staff and especially night manager were especially helpful during our stay. They couldn’t do enough which was very much appreciated. The hotel itself is located in one of the older, dirtier and poorer parts of Delhi. It is accessed via a narrow sidestreet but once you get past this then the hotel itself is fine and the rooms clean and functional and good value. Breakfast is in the nearby Blue Pearl hotel and we decided to skip the breakfasts on all nights we stayed (despite paying for them) as they didn’t look fresh on appetising so would recommend an a RO basis. Hotel is short distance (in a Tuk Tuk or taxi) from Delhi train station or Connaught Place (where we took our breakfasts).

    Hotel Horizon is really new and you can tell, with the cleanliness, marble design, and automated lighting and room entrance systems. It was clean and comfortable, and very reasonably priced on Agoda. I paid upfront when booking and had no issues with checking in to a confirmed room, plus the staff was very responsive. I initially booked a double room but had to pivot to a 3 person room - they provided an extra floor mattress, and the fit was tight, but we were all comfortable enough. And there was no extra charge! The complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. Would recommend!
