Balcony by the Beach

We loved how close it was to the beach, Caville and the night markets.

Wasn’t really anything although, there was no spatula to flip pancakes a minor and insignificant issue for us as we make do. Other than that, I could not fault the property.

Excellent location very homey with everything you need.

Location is great. You can have a stroll at Surfers Paradise. Indoor Heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna at ground level and own spa at the unit. Outdoor pool can't be use during our winter stay. Can cook and do laundry with dryer. It is 1984 established apartment as what it says on the lift, so expect old apartment with old furnitures. But the sunrise view and view at night can compensate for that.

Not so clean. It needs dusting and some insecticide spray. We saw insects crawling in the drawers. Lack of kitchen utensils. Coffee maker needs clean. Instructions for basement parking is confusing. Took us half hour to look for that specific carpark spot. We called the property manager but to no avail. The instructions should be "please proceed to Lower Carpark".

The location was good and beds were comfortable

Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty when we arrived. Very stained carpets, a filthy unusable expelair with stuff hanging out of it. Black mould in the bathroom and dirty surfaces. A whole lot of what looked like junk stacked up in the carpark space. Sofa smelt like an ashtray ...overall very poor cleanliness and we were hugely disappointed in the state of the apartment. Old and dirty, would not recommend 😒
