Perched on level 6 this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offers a large open plan living space, a sun-drenched wrap-around courtyard which is perfect for the kids and features a hammock to relax in and read a book or admire the stunning skyline.

The Ballah Tower relishes in a prime Gold Coast location. It’s as easy as catching the lift downstairs to Centro Surfers Paradise Shopping Centre, brimming with over 100 specialty shops, a plethora of food and dining options and a vibrant entertainment precinct. The shopping centre spills out onto Cavill Avenue which is a hive of activity day and night and home to some of the coast’s most popular attractions.
At your doorstep you’ll also find the stop for the local light rail network, ensuring you can get around without a car if necessary. The highlight of this location, however, is the proximity to world-famous Surfers Paradise Beach which beckons from the end of the street. Don’t forget to check out the beachfront markets held along the foreshore every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evening. Listen to live music while purchasing some handmade mementos or indulge in a tasty treat!

Great location and close to beaches, restaurants etc, comfy bedding and access to facilities like heated pool and tennis courts. However unit is in need of TLC and maintenance.

Great location, easy access to everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked for plates cutlery, glasses etc but lacks items for cooking (pots, pans, oven trays) so you’ll need to be creative or use the apartment communal facilities which are excellent. No cleaning products provided which makes it difficult to keep clean for longer stays.
