Huge open plan 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury apartment, privately owned and operated, located on level 2 in the Circle on Cavill resort that boasts spectacular luxury, convenience, value and sleeps up to 10 people i.e. 2 families [see below for bedding config and options], offered to you at a fraction of the official resort rates. We accept Schoolies bookings!
This apartment features many extra luxuries not found in most other Cavill apartments such as 3 complete bathrooms, high speed WiFi internet(100mbit) with unlimited data, 8 seater lounge with chaise, 3 large wall-mounted TV's [75" TV in living area, 65" TV in master bed, 43" TV in second bed], long entertaining balcony, Foxtel Now(all channels)/Netflix/Stan/Disney+/AppleTV+ in living room, and Netflix in 1st and 2nd bedroom, Playstation 5 & Wii U with games, and much more. There are no extra charges for internet, cleaning, secure car parking or linen hire.

The cupboard in the kitchen and bottom of the shower was a bit grimy and we were a bit confused when we arrived and could not find the building. The location was great, my little boy loved the play area at bottom before we set off for the day.

The keys were easy to find but the parking spot and actual apartment weren’t.
It was not in the main buildings as initially thought.
Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned very well which wasn’t a reflection of the owner. Although stains and questionable marks on pillows and couches probably need to be addressed.
The photos have been touched up as the couch is a different colour and the size of the room isn’t quite as advertised. It’s obviously used more by schoolies and groups of young people than a family.
The owner was very responsive and apologetic, organising it to be cleaned the next day which was appreciated.
Pool facilities and extras aren’t easily accessible as in other apartments which was logistically difficult with young children, no directions for these either but it’s very handy to everything else with many great dining options.
We expected some street noise but was much lower to the street than we had thought so the young people/teens drinking and carrying on at the corner until 3am wasn’t a highlight.
The drier doesn’t really work and needs to be replaced. We rely on the laundry facilities with children as travel light which is why we choose an apartment over a hotel room.
