Els serveis i els complements i estris de cuina que l'anfitriona ens va deixar (és molt d'agrair trobar oli, sal, detergent, paper, aigua, té, cafè...) i no haver de comprar-ho per dos dies que vam estar. La cambra de la rentadora compartida amb l'altre apartament que hi ha. L'espai és gran i permetia tenir el sofa llit obert sense que fes nosa. La cambra de bany i la dutxa eren amplies i agradables. En els carrers de la vora es podia trobar aparcament facilment.
L'aire condicionat situat sobre el capçal dels llits.
