Um dia antes da estadia, fomos informados que a acomodação precisava de ajustes, então, concordamos em sermos direcionados para outra acomodação na Via fra Gesualdo Melacrino 54, mas com quarto privativo: Prédio com boa acessibilidade Quarto e banheiro confortáveis e limpos Ótimo aquecimento no quarto e no banheiro Chuveiro com água quente Nenhum problema com os outros hóspedes. Bom feedback do proprietário e atenção para resolver as questões relacionadas à mudança de acomodação.
Não contamos com cozinha totalmente equipada para cozinhar (não havia panelas) e não havia máquina de lavar roupas, conforme descrito na acomodação que reservamos. Apesar de termos combinado com o proprietário de atrasarmos o check out, a senhora responsável pela limpeza abriu a porta do nosso quarto e retirou nossos pertences para fazer a limpeza. Isso nos chocou profundamente.
