De locatie is top, centraal gelegen, kortbij de winkelstraat, het strand en het treinstation Lido. Alles is voorzien, van keukengerei, poetsproducten, wasproducten, strijkijzer, strijkplank,… De gastvrouw voorziet in meer dan voldoende handdoeken en is super vriendelijk. Steeds bereid om te helpen. Er is airco, zowel in de woonkamer/keuken als in de slaapkamer.
Het enige minpunt is het lawaai van de buren in het appartementencomplex, de voordeur wordt meermaals per nacht open en dicht gegooid. Er is ook geen isolatie , de badkamer grenst aan de slaapkamer van de buren, is gescheiden door een gyproc muur waardoor je “alles” live kan horen. Jammer dat er geen terras aan het appartement is, maar stond ook niet in de omschrijving dus dat wist ik wel vooraf. Een tip : een paar haken om iets op te hangen in de badkamer en wat meer kapstokken in de hangkast voorzien.

Posizione centralissima, appartamento con ampi spazi. Noemi ( la proprietaria)è deliziosa, attenta, molto disponibile e pronta a risolvere, tempestivamente, qualsiasi problema, ci ha coccolati e ha contribuito a rendere meraviglioso il nostro soggiorno a Reggio Calabria.

La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente e l'arredo è nuovo. Si trova in una posizione fantastica. Sei praticamente sul corso di Reggio e a due passi dal museo archeologico e da via marina. Host gentile e si è resa disponibile.
La pulizia, la polvere sui mobili non è accettabile e in generale anche l'ingresso allo stabile era fatiscente un acqua xhe scendeva dal piano superiore. Il prezzo per solo dormire è mediamente alto rispetto ad altre strutture nella stessa zona che ti danno qualche servizio in piu (banalmente la colazione).
