The apartment is exceptionally clean, cosy, modern, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning in every room. The interior is beautifully designed, making it a pleasure to spend time there. Having a private parking space right next to the apartment entrance was also a big advantage. Antonio is an outstanding host who is always happy to help with any questions and gives excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. He truly goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We were welcomed with cookies, a selection of fresh fruit, juices, and cold bottled water in the fridge, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would definitely stay here again.
Check-in was about one hour later than expected. The pillows were a little too firm for our taste, and the shower drain was quite slow, so the water did not drain properly. During dinner, a large cockroach crawled into the apartment from outside, which was unpleasant, although it appeared to have come in from the street rather than from inside the apartment.

We stayed here with our family during an Easter mini-holiday and had a very good experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well-equipped, and all appliances were modern and in excellent condition. The high-speed WiFi was also a big plus.
We truly felt at home throughout our stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.
Having a parking spot inside the complex was very convenient. The location is excellent, with easy access to main roads for exploring Calabria and even Sicily.
Our host, Fabio, was proactive and helpful, providing all the necessary information along with great dining recommendations.
Overall, it felt like a truly authentic Italian experience. Thank you—we would gladly return. Calabria now holds a special place in our hearts.❤️🇮🇹
