La localisation, plein centre du village à proximité de tout,
la terrasse avec vue sur la place centrale et les montagnes au loin, parfaite pour faire son yoga/sport du matin avec une belle lumière, aussi bien que pour les apéros de fin de journée,
Les équipements, l’agencement bien pensé qui permet un certain confort pour 4 dans 50m2.
La clarté des instructions de l’hôte, l’accueil en personne, l’immeuble propre, accueillant, belle construction qui semble récente.
Le défaut de sa qualité principale: étant au dessus d’un commerce, faire ses courses est extrêmement confortable , cependant, il faut composer avec le réveil matinal du fait des nuisances sonores des livraisons du magasin dès 7h15, mais on a pu se rattraper quelques fois avec des siestes impromptues.

Excellent location in the centre of St Gervais, convenient for restaurants, shops, ski hire, etc. 20 metres from ski bus stop, but also possible to walk to the Alpin lift in 10 mins. Good amount of living space for a 4 person apartment. Clean and fresh decor. Good cooking facilities of different kinds ( oven, hob and microwave, kettle and coffee maker)
Host was helpful and friendly over email and texts, although we never actually met !
Views out to the mountains from the balcony and living room.
There's a little bit of noise from the shops below in the morning as they open up. But for a town centre apartment it's otherwise fairly quiet, and we all slept well.
A bench or chair in the ski locker room would be helpful when getting boots on and off.

Appartement moderne, bien décoré, bien équipé. 2 vraies chambres dans le logement. Pièce de vie spacieuse.
Très bien situé au centre, accès aux commerces en quelques minutes et à la navette gratuite au pied du logement. Proche de l’accès aux télécabines en 10 min à pied.
Garage privé en supplément, très pratique. Local à ski.
Hôtes très agréables qui nous ont accueillis peu après notre arrivée et présents également lors de notre départ.
Belle terrasse et balcon, jolie vue dégagée.
Appartement un peu bruyant le matin lié aux chariots de livraison de la supérette à proximité. Cependant, cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé puisque nous devions nous lever tôt pour aller skier.
Je recommande cet appartement dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The apartment was perfect for us. It was nice and spacious, clean and had everything you could want. The hosts were very welcoming too. Would definitely stay again if coming to saint gervais.
No big deal but the WiFi wasn't the best. Probably to be expected in the mountains though.
