The apartment was in a superb location, which is why we picked it. It was advertised as a place to sleep 4 but we were relieved there were only 2 of us as space was limited.
Picking up the keys involved a walk across town, which wouldn't have been easy if we hadn't known our way around. We also had to make the bed up, find suitable bedding from the cupboards and this felt unsatisfactory. The apartment was lovely and very French but it was shabby and the facilities were not very good so we ate out all the time.
