POSITIVE: We were looking for a place near beautiful beaches, walking areas, and restaurants. This spot gives you total privacy, but that means you're in charge of cleaning, changing sheets, and towels. There's a washing machine, so you can handle it as needed.
Otherwise, the apartment is quite well-appointed. The upper floor was recently added, featuring modern furniture and a new bathroom. Although the furniture on ground-floor is older, everything is completely functional.
NEGATIVE: Although the apartment is very close to the beach, there is no sea view from any window. Actually, the only pleasant view is of a church nearby (yes, the Sunday church bells will wake you up!), while the other views are quite unpleasant, to say the least.
The second drawback is the balcony; while it is there, it is only useful for drying clothes, as there isn't enough space to sit and enjoy a coffee.
