Rustig, comfortabel, alles was aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Makkelijk dat we de wagen konden parkeren in de garage terwijl we Athene bezochten met het openbaar vervoer dat dichtbij was.
Het warm water systeem was wennen.

Everything about the apartment was fantastic.
It is spacious, light, modern and it has everything I could possibly want for my stay.
The bedrooms were large and well presented, the living space is relaxed and well arranged, the balcony is a good size and has a good view of the nearby water.
I wish I could have spent my full stay in this apartment and enjoyed everything it has to offer.
However, I couldn't due to an unexpected issue.
The Unexpected Issue;
On the first night of my stay water started dripping from the ceiling of my bedroom.
It kept me awake most of the night, I had to move the bed and I had to clear up the water regularly.
I reported the issue early in the morning and the support staff replied immediately (very good response)
However, they were only able to get a technician into the apartment later that day (late afternoon)
The diagnosis of the problem (related to the severe storms of that week) meant I couldn't continue to stay in the apartment.
I had to move to a lower floor (and lower quality) apartment which all made the stay much less relaxed and less enjoyable unfortunately.
To the company's credit they were happy to refund me (the cost of the stay) due to my unfortunate experience.
So, the stay gets a 5 out of 10 BUT the apartment, staff and company get 10 out of 10
