The apartment was amazing,,,exceeded all expectations,,,the view was brilliant,,,and the terrace ,,wow..The team at Waylink went above and beyond to help us,,,Lots to see and do in the area, and easy access to buses and ferries to nearby islands and towns,,,,Will defo be back,

No negative points

Wij waren aangenaam verrast toen we het appartement binnenkwamen. Het appartement was ruim, netjes schoon en er was enorm veel kastruimte aanwezig. Dat maakte ons verblijf meteen comfortabel en prettig.

Een klein aandachtspuntje vonden wij dat er wat weinig glazen aanwezig waren. Ook zou een extra set handdoeken en lakens handig zijn geweest tijdens het verblijf.

Просторная и чистая квартира со всеми удобствами. Широкая кровать, большое одеяло и удобные подушки. Быстрый интернет, кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Хороший вид с терассы. Владелец своевременно проинформировал обо всём.

Everything about the apartment was fantastic. It is spacious, light, modern and it has everything I could possibly want for my stay. The bedrooms were large and well presented, the living space is relaxed and well arranged, the balcony is a good size and has a good view of the nearby water. I wish I could have spent my full stay in this apartment and enjoyed everything it has to offer. However, I couldn't due to an unexpected issue.

The Unexpected Issue; On the first night of my stay water started dripping from the ceiling of my bedroom. It kept me awake most of the night, I had to move the bed and I had to clear up the water regularly. I reported the issue early in the morning and the support staff replied immediately (very good response) However, they were only able to get a technician into the apartment later that day (late afternoon) The diagnosis of the problem (related to the severe storms of that week) meant I couldn't continue to stay in the apartment. I had to move to a lower floor (and lower quality) apartment which all made the stay much less relaxed and less enjoyable unfortunately. To the company's credit they were happy to refund me (the cost of the stay) due to my unfortunate experience. So, the stay gets a 5 out of 10 BUT the apartment, staff and company get 10 out of 10
