Second time staying there, I love that the apartment is comfy, all the amenities are there, it's really clean and cozy.
The entrance outside was smelling piss really bad. Nobody cleaned that for 4 days we were there. The parking door still doesn't work so for tall cars it's impossible to park inside. Warm water needs heating beforehand so be careful when you might need it. No efficient blinds for darkness in the rooms.

Everything was great, almost all amenities provided. There was even sea view from the apartment. Spacious and comfortable indeed. Nicely decorated, everything new and the kitchen fully equipped even with microwave oven which is not common to find.
If I had to be nitpicky about it, the fact that there are no blinds makes sleep difficult since it is a very luminous apartment. There are no extra window screen so there were plenty mosquitos. The door of the parking was not able to open fully so our car could not fit inside the parking space, it was easy to park outside on the street though. There is no instant warm water, you have to turn on a switch and wait. Although you would expect the neighborhood to be quiet it wasn't so much.
