The location, if you like the Peiraiki coastline like I do, is perfect. A spacious, nice clean old residential house apartment. Very quiet, both the house and the street. Very good communication on the part of the host.
The biggest challenge for this apartment is that with no windows to the South or the West, it has no sun exposure. This may actually be a bonus if you travel during the hot summer months, but in March the apartment was cold as the sun didn't help to heat it, the AC units are clearly not enough. While there is enough light by reflection, and the views from the corner balcony are lovely sideways to both sides, I missed the warmth of the sun. Well, something that the host can't do anything about, and as said, you may love this feature of the apartment if you book in August.

Apartment is very spacious and with big balcony around the whole apartment, a lot of light during the day. It's situated on the 1st floor with elevator, since the building is on a uphill slope so still can have nice view to the sea even it's on the 1st floor.
Very comfortable bad, pillows and blankets, big sofa and also a sofa bed. Kitchen has the minimum to cook.
Location is good, few blocks away (down hill) from the sea front with nice walk going to the marina; about 5-10mins drive to the ferry terminal, there are few supermarkets around with roads going up and down.
Host is very responsive, check-in/out is flexible.
There is construction work nearby with noise starting at 8am during work days and thanks god they stop around 3-4pm so we could eventually has some peace at night.
