Riad El Aaiun

Geweldige Riad in alle opzichten qua sfeer, personeel, de kamer, inrichting!! Echt een aanrader en kom er zeker nog een keer terug.

La cama de nuestra habitación era gigante y fue algo que nos gustó mucho. La decoración y una muy buena ducha fueron un plus. El personal MUY atento y amable.

Lamentablemente el borde de la piscina y la azotea en general debido a la presencia de palomas por la zona, estaba lleno de excrementos, especialmente el borde de la piscina y también alguna que otra pluma flotando en el agua. Destacar también el desayuno que, como en todos los riad, ofrece una variedad escasa y a veces limitada a una tortita por persona etc. Definitivamente ofrecería la posibilidad de poder repetir si el cliente gusta.

Amazing stay at Riad El Aaiun. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. The riad itself is unique, with beautiful attention to detail in every aspect of the décor, creating an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was truly one of a kind, with excellent quality and a wonderful variety of local flavours. The location is also a great advantage if you are looking for peace, as it is away from the busiest parts of the Medina. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you return late at night, you will need to walk through some very dark alleys to reach the riad. This was not a major issue for me, but it is worth considering, especially for first-time visitors to Marrakech. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I would happily recommend.

Nothing major but the cleaning was good but not perfect, it can be improved.

Staff were very helpful and friendly - Omar and Khalil were always available to answer all our questions on WA and help with random requests like ordering food and medicine. Room was spacious. The walk to and from the Riad to the street was short.

House keeping wasn’t good. The room wasn’t cleaned well after each house keeping visit. Breakfast was the exact same everyday and wasn’t very filling. More breakfast options would be nice. The AC didn’t cool well, it was often hot in the rook even though the AC was on full blast.
