Nadia and Amir were wonderful. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The Riad was gorgeous with lots of private spaces to sit in a beautiful setting.

Front desk was fantastic Nadir and the girl as well she was very very friendly and respectful and help us a lot with all our requests such as spa , restaurant etc..... room was so authentic with amazing terrace view , garden all around and trees , Authentic breakfast with very friendly Mohamed very professional and always with smiles all of them . We will miss you all until next time.
You have to walk around 30 minutes or better use tuk tuk it's very useful just 100 DH and you are in the main square el Fina 😉 I keep the driver number so he use to come pick up from hotel and when we want to go back we call him and we go back 😉

Breakfast is great, staff is so friendly, very helpful. Nadir was amazing. He gave us all the information we needed, kept checking how we doing. Also , I think their cook is very good too , we have had the same chicken dish there and in a popular restaurant in the center. Hotels '' chicken tagine'' was way better than the high end restaurant's dish. It takes 25 mins to get to the center. You can find somewhere closer to the square but it would be hectic and loud in the evenings/nights.

Beautiful old Palais,comfortable bed,quiet,large terraces.Beautiful bird song in the morning.
The customer service was terrible from the two people doing front of house ,everything seemed to be for their convenience and not mine,they were very unwelcoming .They wanted me to pay cash for a room that wasn’t being vacated for another night at 10pm when I arrived back tired although I’d been in The riad all day .Usually you pay your bill at the end of a stay.They behaved as if I might run off without paying.There was a girl who apologised on their behalf because I said something to one of the men .
The Shower head in bathroom needed attention and flooded floor.The food was ok but items were forgotten.Didn’t seem a very happy place.
