The room was clean and spacious.
Beautiful view of lush vegetation.
Noticeable damp smell in the room. There were many stairs and no lift in the building. The shower wasn't great and there was no bath mat provided in the bathroom.
We never met the host, and all communication was handled telephonically, including key collection.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication regarding an ongoing water crisis in the entire building, which had apparently been an issue for two weeks before our arrival. Water was only available at certain times, and after 8 p.m, there was no water until the following morning. This caused significant inconvenience throughout our week-long stay. Unfortunately, due to the festive period, we were unable to find alternative accommodation.
