From the moment I booked and reached out to the owner she was on top of everything, from welcoming us earlier than scheduled, to checking in to ensure we were happy with the place and also safe. We weren't familiar with the area, she went out of her way to direct us and even though I havent met her, I felt her warmth. The place is very clean, everything works. She has a clean fridge, clean utensils, there's a working iron and ironing board. The helper is also so homely and wonderful! There's seating arrangements on the patio if you want to sit outside. There is always hot water, you can use the tub or shower. There's shower gel and soap, fresh towels. No funky smells in the place. Bed was comfortable, the television worked and connected well to our Netflix. The room was spacious enough for my son to run around. All plug points had safety. The place is located beautifully 7mins from wild coast and 8mins from mac banana which are the two places we needed to go to. I will definitely be going back there!! The pictures you see online is EXACTLY what you get when you arrive there. Cant wait to have another stay!
