Quietness of place
That the premises be opened the windows during the day as l smelt something a bit stinky like as if the water tapes that were once was open split to the floor

Perfect location, easy gate access to beach.

View, size of unit, parking, unit layout. direct beach access, kids play area and out door shower when arriving from the beach.
Bathroom is old and no proper shower (only hand shower in bath tub) Kitchen is a little bit on the old side. Linen in bedroom cupboards were very badly stained and needs to be replaced.

The location was perfect, beautiful sea view. Parking was ample. The area seemed to be safe.
The bedding in the cupboards was in a terrible condition, smelled bad and had stains as a result we did not use them. The fan in the rooms was stained with rust. The Patio door was difficult to open.
