The views and the communal pool
Not the cleanest we have encountered but a amazing unit with good views some stuff mentioned on inventory form where not accounted for. The unit need a seriously updated very outdated WINDOWS were unable to close in masters bedroom water stains on roof the ceiling fans is a accident waiting to happen and the tabel on balcony were so rusty its unprofessional to keep things like that while you know your are dealing with public i understand that steel furniture don't last long with south coast humidity and climate . Not worth the R7000 spent for the week .

This unit needs renovation.
The staff at Just Prop are excellent and very efficient. They moved me to a much better unit seamlessly.
The roof cement is damp and falling all over.
The windows don't have handles, so they can't be locked.
