Gastgeberin Julia spricht zwar nur Spanisch, ist aber die Güte in Person. Tolle Lage des schicken App. zur Hafengegend, bequemes Doppelboxspringbett, alles sehr gepflegt. Parken im UG auf Platz 25 war auch sehr bequem, und von App.Nr. 30 geht ein Aufzug von 1 auf -1 quasi direkt enthaltenem Rtg. Stellplatz.
Das App. liegt Rtg. Norden wo die Sonne die Räume nicht zu stark aufheizt, aber halt hin zur AP-7, wo man morgens den Straßenlärm hört. Lt. Julia wird dort aber in Kürze eine Schallschutzmauer neben die AB gesetzt, dann sollte das erledigt sein. Mit etwas Alkohol und Ohrenplugs ging das auch so :-). großer Fernseher mit Netflix, Klima und Heizung zentral für alle Räume.
